VERIFICATION & AUTHORISATION OF PAYMENT 

 All orders will only be processed after payment is verified and cleared. 


PROCESSING OF ORDERS  

All orders are dispatched from Thailand. We aim to dispatch all orders in 2 - 4 business days, with the exception of weekends. For local festive season and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 3 - 5 days in these cases.

MAILING ADDRESS

Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address. Please ensure address is correct.

SHIPPING METHOD & DURATION

1. Standard Local Shipping (Domestic) 

  • We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders through SCG Express and Kerry Express. 
  • Once the package is dispatched, the estimated shipping duration is 1-3 business days.
  • Tracking ID will be sent to your email when the package has been registered for delivery. 
  • Track & trace is available through SCG Express Tracking here and Kerry Express Tracking here

2. Standard International Shipping (Jewellery)

  • We offer a flat rate at 450THB (approximately 13USD depending on the conversion rate at the time) for Standard International Shipping with tracking through Thailand Post service.
  • Once the package is dispatched, the estimated shipping duration is up to 15 business days. Please note that it might take up to a month for the package to be delivered during COVID-19 situation.
  • Tracking ID will be sent to your email when the package has been registered for delivery.
  • Track & trace is available through Thailand Post tracking here
  • Tracking information after dispatch from Thailand is subjected to the destination post's availability. If online tracking is not available in destination country, the reference number can be quoted to your local post office.

3. Standard International Shipping (Clothing)

  • We offer a flat rate at 1,200THB (approximately 35USD depending on the conversion rate at the time) for Standard International Shipping with tracking through Thailand Post service.
  • Once the package is dispatched, the estimated shipping duration is up to 15 business days. Please note that it might take up to a month for the package to be delivered during COVID-19 situation.
  • Tracking ID will be sent to your email when the package has been registered for delivery. 
  • Track & trace is available through Thailand Post tracking here
  • Tracking information after dispatch from Thailand is subjected to the destination post's availability. If online tracking is not available in destination country, the reference number can be quoted to your local post office.

4. DHL Express Worldwide

  • We offer a flat rate at 3,500THB (approximately 100USD depending on the conversion rate at the time) for international shipping via DHL Express Worldwide. 
  • Once the package is dispatched, the estimated shipping duration is 1-2 business days.
  • Tracking ID will be sent to your email when the package has been registered for delivery. 
  • Track & trace is available through DHL Express tracking service at here

IMPORTANT NOTES: 
1. Shipping duration for international shipment is estimated. 
2. Custom clearance can affect delivery time depending on different destinations. We will not be able to refund for delay due to custom clearance, weather conditions or postal service. These instances are unfortunately beyond our control and we will not be able to refund the order. 
3. Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred. 
4. Please always order in advance for any special occasion for the parcels to reach you in good time.

If parcel does not reach within the estimated shipping period, please email to thursdayrays@gmail.com with your query and contact number to facilitate our checking of your parcel.

BOUNCED/RETURN PARCELS

In any case if mail is unclaimed after a stipulated time by the post office and is returned to us, it is the buyer’s responsibility and will have to pay for the additional shipping cost. A package returned to us by the post office as undeliverable or unclaimed, or a package refused by the addressee for any reason or a parcel with wrong address furnished, is not an authorised return. As such, it is not eligible for a refund of the cost of merchandise, at our discretion.
