WHAT PAYMENTS METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?
We accept payments made on this site through Credit Card.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can. Please make sure you follow these terms.
- To cancel your order, please notify us at thursdayrays@gmail.com within 12 hours after order has been placed. No cancellation will be accepted if you notify us after the stipulated time period. This is because chances are that your order might have already been processed. In these cases, we will not be able to make any changes.
- All approved refunds will be returned to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
- Cancellation and exchanges during sale period is not allowed.
I CANNOT TRACK MY ORDER. WHY?
Online tracking status up from processing to the dispatch of the item from Thailand to overseas is available for all destinations. Tracking information after dispatch from Thailand is subjected to the destination post's availability. If online tracking is not available in destination country, the reference number can be quoted to your local post office.
MY MAIL IS BOUNCED BACK TO YOU. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
This may be because Parcel is left unclaimed at the post office after a stipulated period or address is incomplete/incorrect.
It is the buyer’s responsibility and will have to pay for the additional shipping fee back to the buyer. A package returned to us by the postal service as undeliverable or unclaimed, or a package refused by the addressee for any reason, is not an authorised return. As such, it may not be eligible for a refund of the cost of merchandise, at our discretion.
