USAGE & STORAGE

• Always keep it in an air-tight plastic bag provided
• Avoid contact with liquid cosmetics
• Take off your jewellery before showering or swimming
• Clean your jewellery once in a while with clean damp cloth and wipe it dry

NATURE OF MATERIALS

It is natural for gold-plated brass and plated 92.5 silver to oxidise and get darker in colour when exposed to air. We advise that you keep your jewellery in an air-tight plastic bag provided at all time when not in use to slow the rate of oxidisation. 

You can occasionally clean them with gold & silver polishing cloth to revive the shine. We advise the brand WKM Jewelry Cleaner a they provide such cleaning cloth.

REPAIR

If your stringed jewellery is broken, we can repair it for you with some additional cost in the case that the materials used in the design is still available as some of our jewellery are limited edition.
